This page plainly explains what data is collected on vormetra.com and how it's used. VORMETRA is an early-stage company; this isn't a legal certification claim — it's a description of what we actually do.
This site is operated by VORMETRA. For questions, use the form on theContact page or write to info@vormetra.com (this address is a placeholder for now).
Contact form: Name, email, company (optional), and your message — used only to respond to you, never shared with third parties or used for marketing.
Vera (AI assistant): Messages you send to Vera are forwarded to OpenAI's API to generate a response (OpenAI's own data-handling policies apply). Your conversation history is stored only in your browser's local storage (localStorage), not on our servers; it's automatically cleared after 48 hours or 30 messages, and you can clear it anytime with the "Clear chat" button. A temporary, IP-based server-side rate limit helps prevent abuse; this counter is not persistent.
Cookies: This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Vera's memory isn't a cookie — it's localStorage in your browser only, and isn't automatically sent to our servers.
Admin panel: A password-protected internal configuration panel used only by the VORMETRA team; it contains no visitor data.
